Plan local d'urbanisme en vigueur
Approbation Plan Local d'Urbanisme
Le Plan local d’Urbanisme a été approuvé par le Conseil Municipal le 28 février 2014. Il permet le développement urbain de Cancale en préservant la qualité patrimoniale et environnementale de la commune située en bordure du littoral.
Le Projet Aménagement et de Développement Durable (PADD) organise la protection des terres agricoles, les liaisons avec la mer, le développement et le renouvellement urbain. Le Plan Local d’Urbanisme a fait l’objet de 7 modifications simplifiées : Numéro 1 approuvée le 11 mai 2015, Numéro 2 approuvée le 9 mai 2016, Numéro 3 approuvée le 10 octobre 2016, Numéro 4 approuvée le 12 novembre 2018, Numéro 5 approuvée le 17 mai 2021, Numéro 6 approuvée le 3 mai 2023, Numéro 7 approuvée le 1er juillet 2024.
